Kinaki (www.kinaki.org) one of our flagship “products” is a trailblazing software as a service (SaaS) tool that simplifies monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning (MEAL) processes for non-profits around the globe.
What this Position is all about
We are looking for a motivated Lead Generation and Sales Associate at the beginning of their career to help us refine and grow our sales process for Kinaki. You will design and execute targeted marketing campaigns, generate leads, and perform personalized outreach to convert leads into happy Kinaki users. What will you do:
- Lead Generation: Create and execute campaigns that attract small-medium non-profits to Kinaki, utilizing digital marketing channels (social media, email, etc.). Give innovative presentations and demos that show off our product and network at various events important in our sector.
- Personalized Outreach: Follow up on leads with tailored communications, answering questions and guiding potential clients through the decision-making process.
- Sales Funnel Design & Management: Track leads through the sales funnel, optimizing strategies for increased conversions, and reporting on key metrics. Assist in refining our sales strategy by testing and iterating based on feedback and results. Help us choose the right tools and processes to fast-track our sales (e.g. CRM, Pricing etc.).
- Marketing Campaign Design: Assist in developing content and graphics for marketing campaigns that resonate with potential clients. Track and analyze campaign success to optimize lead generation and conversion efforts.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the team to refine the sales process based on real-time insights and client feedback, contributing to strategy adjustments. Provide input on client feedback to improve our products and services.
- Client Onboarding Support: Ensure seamless transitions from lead generation to onboarding, assisting clients with their first steps in using Kinaki.

- Graphic design skills (knowledge of tools like Canva, Affinity Designer, Adobe, Figma or similar).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships through outreach.
- Self-motivated, with a willingness to take initiative and work independently.
- Ability to work in a remote environment and collaborate with a diverse global team spread across various time zones.
- A person who is not hesitant to respectfully connect with potential clients via Linked-In, phone, email or other suitable channels.
- Ability to effectively and safely incorporate AI into your work

Compensation:
This is a 3-month contract role with the potential to transition into a full-time position based on results and mutual enjoyment of collaboration. We offer a base salary during the contract period, with the potential for profit-sharing and growth opportunities tied to your results. We hope that through your efforts, you’ll generate sufficient sales to cover your salary after the contract period.
