For manual results input, the Design Form page allows you to hide/show columns of the input table and change their order.
To change order, click on an item and drag it to the desired position. To show or hide a column, click on the eye or crossed eye icons respectively.
When you are happy with the order of the columns, select “Next” and continue “Data Collection”.
