Kinaki Demo Tour

After your initial registration, Kinaki will introduce you to our Demo Program & Projects.

In this learning environment, you can explore many of Kinaki’s core functions through a detailed, ongoing, global project. For our Demo, we have looked to common uses of Kinaki among our clients, and developed a thematic overview of Kinaki’s full potential.

To begin exploring this organization, all you have to do is register! Once you have entered your email, you will automatically join the “Kinaki Demo & Training” organization. No need for a full registration!

For new users, you will be prompted to choose a preference for your introductory experience: starting with a top-down view of our Programs section, or to focus on an individual Project.

Based on this choice, you will begin a guided tour of our Demo content. If you have already registered, you can prompt this tour by selecting “Change your preference” in the navigation menu. Alternatively, you can use the “Resource Centre” on the right-side of your page to start a page-specific guide.

No need for a guided tour? Just dismiss the pop-up and explore our Demo independently!

Programs Tour

In our Programs tour, we can explore the “Healthy Girls and Women Initiative” – a global program with projects in Mali, Ghana and the Philippines. Each project has a different focus and methodology, and our Program Dashboard will provide an overview of these activities.

Our guided tour will direct you through the Program Logic, Indicators and Reports – all key components of understanding the bigger picture of Kinaki and how results from different projects can come together.

To prompt this tour, select the “Programs” option using the preference selector in the navigation menu.

You can learn more about this process in the dedicated Programs section of the Knowledge Hub.

We recommend exploring both Programs and Projects as part of your Introduction to Kinaki!

Project Tour

To focus on the project level with Kinaki, we have designed a guided tour looking at a single project: “Reducing Effects of Teenage Pregnancy” in the Philippines.

This guided tour will take you through the core details of this project, such as different measures provided by Project Indicators, as well as the Data Collection Tools that are being used to track the progress of this project. Each step of our tour will provide important information for how Kinaki operates, and guide your thinking on how to develop your own project.

Be sure to check out the “Complete Report” for our Demo Project to see the progress towards our defined goals and how Kinaki can support your own reporting.

Returning to the Demo

Our demo is designed to introduce users to Kinaki, but there are many features that are worth revisiting! Once you have registered your account, you can view the Demo Program or Project through the organization selector.

Select the organization title at the top of your page, and choose “Kinaki Demo & Training” in the pop-out window. This will take you to the home page of the Demo organization, and you can use the navigation menu on the left-side of your page to revisit any part of the Demo.

Remember: Our Demo has one program, with three projects, each with different data collection tools.

When visiting the Demo, feel free to look into the different strategies our team has designed for our healthcare empowerment. Our project, “Reducing Effects of Teenage Pregnancy”, has a high level of detail, and our program, “Healthy Girls and Women Initiative”, is great to see an overview of different global components.

If you wish to prompt the guided tour, you can update (or reselect) your preference using the “Change your preference” button in the navigation menu. Alternatively, use the Resource Centre on the right-side of your page to trigger a page-specific demonstration.
